We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hand Therapy purchase; if for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused products in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
